1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by THF NEXUS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

THF NEXUS provides digital solutions including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web Development, AI SaaS Development, Meta Ads Management, and Hosting Services. Specific project scopes and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Binance Pay as specified during the checkout process. Services will commence only after payment verification. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but already active project prices will be honored.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all work products created by THF NEXUS remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, we grant the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

THF NEXUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for 100% accuracy and performance, digital results (like SEO rankings) cannot be guaranteed due to third-party algorithm changes.
